Preferably, with at least 1 year experience in data management, CRM support, sales support. Veeva experience is a plus.Key Objective:
Support the clean up and updating of customer and sales records within ZP Commercialization systems/reporting tools (Veeva and sales reporting tool)
CRM Data Maintenance Support
Perform clean-up (i.e. de-duplicate records, upload Rx in individual HCP records) of at least 30,000 HCP records in Veeva system.
Update and maintain accurate customer profiles, affiliation and segmentation data of HCPs
Sales Data Updating Support
Track and consolidate floating or unassigned sales accounts in coordination with the Sales & BI Manager and field force.
Maintain up-to-date logs of re-assigned or newly created accounts.
Target List Management
Support the quarterly finalization of reps’ MCCP list (Q4 2025 & Q1 2026 MCCP).
Assist in generating basic reports or summaries related to HCP data in Veeva system.
Qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in Excel (e.g. pivot, sorting, basic formulas, etc.) is a must.
Preferably, with at least 1 year experience in data management, CRM support, sales support. Veeva experience is a plus.Ability to work / coordinate with sales teams and manage deadlines.
Amenable to work onsite at Bgc, Taguig.
Other Requirements
Contract duration – 6 months
Work site location - ZPC BGC office (December or Next year until moveout to Bicutan)
Works schedule - Monday to Friday, 8 to 5pm
Target deployment date – December 1st
