Position Description

Job Description:

Develops and produces multimedia pieces for use on social media and digital space.
Collaborates with other sub-verticals of the Resort Marketing Team to determine appropriate visual, textual and animated elements of projects.
Prepares artwork and media for final approval and distribution.
Conducts research on media techniques and design ideas.
Assists in shoots and content creation sessions as needed.
Develops multimedia content ideas in collaboration with social media specialist, digital marketing specialist, and the rest of the team.
Designs and produces attractive multimedia content according to website/digital specifications.
Creates digital images, video animation, and textual animations.
Creates original artwork for digital image processing.
Creates animated sequences using computer animation software.
Records, edits, and encodes audio files.
Can do video editing and create videos for social media/digital space.
Performs media edits based on user feedback.

Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design or any related course.
A minimum of 1-2 years related work experience.
Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Has teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work.
Must be highly creative and organized.
Has a complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing skills and experience.
Has in-depth knowledge in software design programs, storyboarding, visual design principals, and animation.
Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
Has knowledge on web publishing software.
Has above average communication and interpersonal skills.
