Information and Communications Technology Company in their search for a Telecom Sales Admin Executive Assistant based in Alabang.
Salary Range: ₱20,000 - ₱25,000
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Day Shift
Location: Alabang City
Your Responsibilities
Sales Support Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Processing: Coordinate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
- Sales Quotation Processing: Collaborate with internal sales teams, SCM, and vendors to request and follow up on quotations and related documents.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with current customer, sales, and opportunities data.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and distribute sales reports, track performance, and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers and team members for order-related inquiries and follow-ups.
- Sales Documentation: Organize and manage sales documentation, contracts, and related paperwork.
- Sales Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize sales meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and presentations.
Executive Support Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and manage communications, including emails, letters, and reports.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Office Management: Handle administrative tasks such as office supply management, vendor coordination, and maintaining office systems.
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- 1 year previous experience in sales administration or executive assistance is required
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and maintain organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and relevant tools.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
- Efficient in balancing sales and executive support tasks.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and supporting sales targets.
