Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise all construction activities
Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project
Coordination with office departments, clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors
Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and standards
Monitor project progress and reports to PIC and Operations Manager
Prepare and submit weekly accomplishment reports to the PIC and Operations Manager
Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions
Oversee material delivery, usage, and inventory on site
Review and validate subcontractor accomplishments and billings
Ensure quality control and proper workmanship at all stages

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Proven experience in office fit-out / interior construction projects
Proficient in Microsoft Project, basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), and Autocad
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project timelines
Accredited Safety Officer (SO2/SO3)
