The Solutions Specialist plays a key role in pre-sales engagements, advanced technical support, and consulting services. This role involves leading software implementations, delivering expert training, and driving out-of-the-box customizations to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales discussions, presentations, and demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Provide second-level technical support, troubleshooting complex issues.
- Conduct in-depth training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Manage and execute software implementation projects.
- Develop and apply customizations to software to optimize client workflows.
- Provide consulting services, advising clients on best practices and software integration strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and assist in knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial/Civil Engineering
- With Construction Cost Management and Quantity Surveying Experience
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, training, or software solutions for AEC/Manufacturing.
- Expertise in engineering software, customization, and implementation.
- Strong presentation and consulting skills.
- Ability to lead projects and work independently
