Job Description
Overall: Support the execution and improvement of BD Performance initiatives that enhance AM effectiveness, productivity, and quality of seller engagement
- Performance Analysis & Insights
- Analyze AM performance using both quantitative (revenue, adoption, engagement metrics) and qualitative inputs (seller feedback, QA outputs, AM interactions)
- Identify patterns, gaps, and root causes behind strong vs. weak AM performance
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations (e.g., workflow improvements, tool enhancements, performance levers)
- Contribute to the development and refinement of performance frameworks (e.g., QA, engagement standards)
- AM Experience & Workflow Improvement
- Study AM workflows, time allocation, and workload drivers to identify inefficiencies and non-value-adding work
- Support initiatives that simplify workflows and improve productivity (e.g., automation, templates, process redesign)
- Contribute to projects such as:
- ENGAGE / Business Review (BR) improvements
- AI-assisted tools (e.g., seller profiling, recommendations)
- Workload guardrails and prioritization frameworks
- Evaluate the impact of changes and recommend iterations to improve effectiveness
- Project Management (Execution + Problem-Solving)
- Drive assigned Seller Performance initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition to execution and refinement
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers across stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate initiative impact and refine approach based on data and feedback
- Work closely with stakeholders (AM Leads, CMs, BI, Program PICs) to align on priorities and execution
- Data & Tools Management
- Translate data into insights that inform decision-making and performance improvements
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor AM performance and initiative outcomes
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across multiple sources
- Improve data structures and reporting processes to make insights more accessible and actionable
- Core Programs (ENGAGE & Seller Feedback)
- Support execution of key Seller Performance programs such as:
- ENGAGE (seller check-ins and business reviews)
- Seller Survey (seller satisfaction and feedback collection)
- Analyze outputs from these programs to identify insights on AM performance and seller needs
- Recommend improvements to make these programs more effective, scalable, and less operationally intensive
- Stakeholder Management
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, align on priorities, and support initiative execution
- Communicate insights, updates, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner
- Proactively identify issues and suggest solutions to improve outcomes
Requirements
- College Graduate. Preferably in Management, Management Engineering, or a related field.
- Has 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Ecommerce, Business Development, or Seller Management roles
- Experience in roles involving data analysis, process improvement, or stakeholder management is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and data-driven
- Structured thinker with systems-oriented mindset
- Capable of working under pressure; amenable to (but preferably has firsthand experience with) pivots and changes in direction as a result of market forces
- Proficient with Google workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Learns fast and can manage projects end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management
- Amenable to work onsite in Podium
