Have an extensive knowledge of the companys products and services.
- Knowledge in delivering technical presentation of Data Center products & solutions.
- Perform technical support for customers either through email, phone and onsite.
- Provide technical services such as installation, deployment, integration and implementation.
- Assist and support the sales team in closing a deal if needed.
- Make technical calls and client visits to provide support as and when required.
- Develop and cultivate positive relationships in handling customers needs.
- Perform internal IT support through various tasks and assignments as required.
- Provide other technical-related tasks and responsibilities for the efficient operation of the company.
