A senior software engineer will be involved in managing and architecting the development of key business features for the Stack products. They will participate in all levels of the software development lifecycle, including planning and design, build and testing. A senior software engineer is expected to review code from pull requests, manage junior team members, and ensure they can meet their task deadlines, train and upskill new team members and find and deliver business value for the company. Duties & Responsibilities:
Strives to write clean, readable, and maintainable code
Enforce and maintain best development practices
Clarify and understand requirements for a solution, maintaining constant communications for feedback to ensure that the requirements are met
Manage and train junior members, ensuring they have the relevant skills to tackle their work
Ability to research and self-learn
Working within agile framework, including participating in stand-ups, maintaining workflow through Jira
