We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Process Development Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to streamline business processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

💼 Role: Process Development Analyst

What You'll Do:

  • Organize and update SOPs and onboarding documents.
  • Monitor process compliance and performance.
  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Support issue resolution and corrective actions.
  • Maintain reports, dashboards, and process documentation

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in process analysis or related field
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
