Responsibilities
- ACCURATELY PROCESSING OF ORDERS
- ANSWERING OF EMAIL
- MAKING OF REPORTS
- MAKING ACCURATE DATA OF ALL ITEMS IN/OUT
- ANSWERING QUERY OF ALL CUSTOMER THRU ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION.
- HANDLING MULTIPLE MEETING
- UPDATING ACCURATELY IN THE SYSTEM OF ALL THE SHIPMENTS
Requirements
- Has knowledge to Microsoft Application (esp. vlook-up and basic formula's)
- Can work under pressure.
- Has knowledge in customer service.
- Can collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Willing to work overtime, rest day and/or holidays.
