The
Process Engineer is responsible in leading and supporting initiatives that enhances our warehouse operations. This role focuses on improving safety, quality, productivity, cost-efficiency, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) within our facility.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or closely related field
- 2-3 years relevant experience in warehousing and transportation operations
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio)
- Advanced knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transporation Management Systems (TMS)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data analysis software (e.g., Excel)
- Be able to conduct Kaizen activities by using IE tools.
