As an Electrical Engineer, you shall oversee on-site electrical work, review electrical design, prepare bidding documents, evaluate technical bids, and estimate material quantities accurately.
We are looking for a graduate in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience, ideally licensed, who can work independently under pressure.
Review Electrical Designs and Plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Monitor and supervise electrical works and related activities on-site to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Prepare bid documents, conduct technical bid evaluations, and facilitate clarification meetings with contractors and suppliers.
Conduct material quantity surveys and prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical components and installations.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Preferably a licensed Electrical Engineer with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in construction or real estate development.
Experience in supervising and monitoring construction works.
Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
Knowledgeable in Computer Aided Design Software (Autocad) and MS-Office.
