Role purpose
Control project documents, registers, transmittals, correspondence, submissions, and SharePoint-linked records through AYATA's document control and workflow structure.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain document registers, transmittal logs, correspondence logs, and submission trackers.
- Support document numbering, revision control, status tracking, review cycles, and distribution.
- Coordinate document flow between project team, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Track overdue reviews, pending approvals, document workflow status, and late responses.
- Maintain SharePoint-backed document records through AYATA.
- Support document-control dashboards, weekly reports, monthly reports, and audit trails.
- Ensure document records are complete, accurate, traceable, and easy to retrieve.
Required Experience
- 5+ years as a document controller in construction, EPC, mining, oil and gas, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience with SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar document platforms preferred.
- Strong understanding of revision control, transmittals, correspondence, document workflows, and review status management.
