Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in day-to-day operations, communication management, scheduling, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams across U.S. operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Coordinate internal communication, document management, and executive administrative support activities.
  • Assist with reporting, spreadsheet tracking, presentation preparation, and operational coordination projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and employee information.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Excel/Google Sheets, Outlook/Gmail, and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based executives or remote teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Calendly, or similar business applications.
  • Experience with HR, recruitment coordination, or operations support is a plus.
  • Prior experience in property management, real estate, or a fast-growing startup environment is preferred.
