Job Summary

Effectively implements and coordinates HRD functions involving recruitment and selection, placement and out processing, management-staff relations, and communications programs.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Assist in monitoring the progress of endorsed candidates and maintain updated applicant records, including the onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain the accuracy and update employee database together with the Recruitment Officer and HRIS.
  • Placement and Out-processing
  • Prepare and transmit Company documents regarding employees employment records for certification to banks, government institutions, and insurance providers.
  • Prepares and submits notification letters to suppliers of resigning employees.
  • Facilitate the routing of clearance for all separating employees.
  • Monitor and follow up on the status of clearances of separated employees.
  • Communicate and release exit documents to resigned employees.
  • Compensation Management
  • Communicate and transmit complete data of employees for enrollment or deletion from insurance and health maintenance vendors
  • Prepare and process the transmittal and payment documents of the Pag-Ibig contributions, including the various savings programs offered by Pag-Ibig.
  • Process SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig benefit request, claims, reimbursement and liquidation.
  • Management-Staff Relations and Communications
  • Assists in representing PBSP in activities pertinent to human resources development and/or area of expertise.
  • Conducts regular individual counseling services to PBSP staff.
  • Prepares logistics, conducts, and prepares minutes during the General Staff Meeting.
  • Updates Bulletin Board and updates of memos for general circulation.
  • Others
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES

Education : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resources Management

Experience : At least 1-2 years related work experience in any similar organization

Other / Special Skills : Computer literate, good oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills

Contract Type: Project-Based (until December 31, 2026, with possible extension until June 2027)
