Job Description & Summary
The Operations Site Lead is responsible for the overall leadership of PwC’s Davao Delivery Hub.
This role oversees site operations, people leadership, employee engagement, workplace administration, governance, and operational support across all teams based in Davao. The Site Lead serves as the primary point of coordination between local operations and Manila leadership to ensure consistent delivery standards and an exceptional employee experience.
The role plays a critical leadership role in enabling delivery success through effective site management, operational governance, workforce planning, and pastoral care.
Site Leadership & Operations
- Lead the overall operations of the Davao Delivery Hub
- Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations across all functions
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate site readiness, business continuity, and operational planning
- Represent the Davao site in leadership discussions and strategic initiatives
People Leadership
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
- Serve as the primary site leader and escalation point for employee concerns
- Partner with Team Leaders and Delivery Managers to support employee engagement and retention
- Promote employee wellbeing, recognition, learning, and career development
- Champion PwC values and culture across the Davao workforce
Administration & Governance
- Oversee site administration, workplace policies, facilities coordination, and operational governance
- Partner with Human Capital on onboarding, workforce planning, employee relations, and site initiatives
- Work closely with IT, Facilities, Security, and Finance to ensure operational readiness
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong partnerships with Delivery Leads, Operations Managers, Human Capital, and senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives supporting the Davao Delivery Hub
- Provide regular updates on site performance, workforce trends, operational risks, and employee engagement
- Support client visits, leadership visits, recruitment events, and community initiatives

Growth & Continuous Improvement
- Support expansion of the Davao Delivery Hub
- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and operational effectiveness
- Drive standardization and best practices across site operations
- Support the onboarding of new teams and future managed service capabilities

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in operations, shared services, BPO, managed services, or corporate operations
- At least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role managing large teams or site operations
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing employee engagement, workforce initiatives, and operational governance
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational execution
Preferred / Advantage
- Experience in Financial Crime, KYC, AML, Banking Operations, Compliance, or Risk Operations
- Experience leading a multi-client or managed services environment
- Experience launching or scaling delivery centers or operational hubs
- Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, or similar certifications
