Job Description

‍

Lead and manage a team of testers, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Create, review, and optimize test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Oversee the execution of Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT
Ensure the preparation and maintenance of test environments
Analyze and report test findings, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
Manage defect reporting and resolution processes, ensuring efficient communication with development teams
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to align testing with business requirements.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members to enhance skills and performance

Qualifications

‍

Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any four-year course
With at least 3 years of Software Testing experience, including leadership roles
Experience in Software Testing for Web Applications, Mobile Applications, SAP systems (MM, SD, WM, FICO, ERP), Automation, or Performance Testing
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
Having knowledge of AI concepts, with the ability to discern and evaluate AI-generated content is highly preferred
