Job Description



  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job openings, sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Administer pre-employment assessments to ensure candidate suitability
  • Maintain a sufficient pool of active candidates to meet hiring needs
  • Efficiently manage and update recruitment databases, ensuring timely tracking and reporting





Qualifications



  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any four-year course
  • With at least 2 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
