Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job openings, sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
Administer pre-employment assessments to ensure candidate suitability
Maintain a sufficient pool of active candidates to meet hiring needs
Efficiently manage and update recruitment databases, ensuring timely tracking and reporting
Qualifications
Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any four-year course
With at least 2 years of experience in Recruitment
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail in assessing candidates’ qualifications and interview responses
Highly proactive in managing the recruitment pipeline and meeting hiring goals
Strong organization skills
Proven efficiency in handling recruitment processes and meeting deadlines
Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to changing recruitment needs
Resilient and capable of working under pressure
