Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist (Up to ₱90,000 | Remote | FREE AI Certification)

Own the billing and collections engine behind a multi-entity foodservice platform serving K-12 school districts, higher education institutions, and healthcare organizations. This is a senior AR role for someone who wants more than transactional work — you'll manage systems, drive cash flow, enforce discipline, and be the point person operations and sales turn to when billing gets complex.

You'll lead invoicing across fixed fee, cost reimbursable, and subsidy-based contracts through NetSuite, reconcile data from point-of-sale platforms like Toast, Titan, and Square, and turn AR aging and collections data into reporting leadership actually uses to make decisions.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 5+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite for billing, invoicing, and AR management
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliation formulas
• Experience reconciling data exports from POS systems such as Toast, Titan, or Square
• A solid understanding of AR controls, GAAP revenue recognition concepts, and cash forecasting
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience with NetSuite's SuiteBilling and/or ARM modules
• Prior exposure to K-12 or Higher Education client contracts
• Experience with cost-plus and fixed-fee billing structures
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Datarails

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Billing & Revenue Management

You own end-to-end billing across diverse contract types, making sure every invoice reflects the right terms and backup documentation.

• You generate and issue invoices through NetSuite in line with client contract terms and requirements
• You reconcile point-of-sale exports and operational reports to support accurate monthly invoicing
• You maintain billing calendars and schedules to keep submissions and revenue recognition on time

Cash Application & Collections

You keep cash flow moving by applying payments accurately and chasing down what's overdue without damaging the relationship.

• You post and apply customer payments in NetSuite, reconciling deposits and resolving unapplied cash
• You drive proactive collections on delinquent accounts while protecting client relationships
• You monitor AR aging and prepare weekly reports on cash performance, at-risk balances, and collections strategy

Process Ownership & Optimization

You treat AR as a system to keep improving, not just a queue of transactions to clear.

• You standardize and document AR processes and SOPs across contract types and business units
• You identify and implement improvements that speed up cash conversion and reduce errors
• You partner with sales and operations to resolve billing disputes and improve input accuracy

Reporting & Close Support

You turn AR data into insight leadership can act on.

• You produce monthly AR reporting — aging, DSO, and collections KPIs — using Datarails, Excel, and NetSuite
• You support the monthly close with AR reconciliations, unbilled revenue schedules, and deferred revenue tracking
• You participate in internal and external audits, maintaining documentation to support revenue and receivables
