Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of experience supporting and administering engineering applications in a multi-site environment.
Hands-on experience with MCAD/ECAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, Altium, Cadence) and PDM platforms (e.g., SolidWorks PDM, Windchill).
Knowledge of engineering data management, including BOM, change control, release workflows, and engineering collaboration.
Experience with license management, user support, system administration, and application upgrades.
Familiarity with ERP/Atlassian tools, automation or scripting (C#, VB.NET, SQL), and AI-enabled engineering tools is an advantage.
Exposure to simulation and test tools (Ansys, Flotherm, LabVIEW, MATLAB) and SolidWorks PDM certification is a plus.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to support regional/global engineering teams
