Onboarding / HR Coordinator — Philippines

Location: Remote — Philippines (collaborating daily with the U.S. team)

Employment Type: Full-time


We are seeking an Onboarding / HR Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle from offer to first day and beyond, welcoming new hires across the U.S. and the Philippines. This role is key to delivering a smooth, compliant onboarding experience, working Eastern Time hours alongside the HR and recruiting team.

What you'll do

  • Manage onboarding end-to-end — coordinate new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and first-day readiness from offer acceptance through the first 30 days.
  • Own ATS workflows — manage candidate and new hire records in iCIMS, keeping data accurate and status updates timely.
  • Administer HRIS records — set up and maintain employee profiles in UKG, ensuring onboarding documentation and personnel data stay complete and current.
  • Run E-Verify and background checks — initiate and track E-Verify cases and background screenings for all new hires, following compliance timelines.
  • Generate HR reports — pull and prepare recurring onboarding, headcount, and compliance reports for HR leadership.
  • Welcome and support new hires — welcome and onboard employees across the U.S. and the Philippines, assisting with Spanish-language onboarding communications as needed.


What you'll bring

  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, onboarding, or recruiting support.
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS (iCIMS or similar) and an HRIS (UKG or similar).
  • Familiarity with E-Verify and background check processes.
  • Fluent in English required; comfort supporting Spanish-speaking new hires is a plus.
  • Strong reporting skills and comfort pulling and organizing HR data in Excel.
  • Ability to work Eastern Time business hours.
  • Excellent attention to detail and discretion with sensitive employee information.
