Position Overview

The IBS Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of IBS projects, ensuring all installations are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, and client requirements. The role involves managing project teams, coordinating resources, monitoring project performance, and ensuring operational excellence across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the implementation of IBS projects from mobilization to turnover.
  • Review project plans, designs, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure successful execution.
  • Plan and deploy manpower, equipment, materials, and logistics needed for project implementation.
  • Supervise Project-in-Charge personnel and installation teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address issues that may impact timelines, quality, or costs.
  • Conduct site inspections and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
  • Monitor project costs, material utilization, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare and submit project status reports, accomplishment reports, and other management reports as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project implementation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in Telecommunications and/or In-Building Solutions (IBS) projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel and conduct site visits as required.
