Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Project data analytics responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop Ad hoc Request, dashboards, and visualizations that provide clear and meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and governance activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and reliability.
  • Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives by utilizing technical solutions such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Work independently with general supervision while adhering to organizational policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors in Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline
  • This is an entry level role. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Experience/ background in BI Reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, MS Excel.)
  • Experience/ backgorund in using database querying language e.g. SQL programming, MS SQL Server, Alteryx etc.
  • Considering another knowledge like Canva, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Visio.

  • A proven ability to work unsupervised and operate with a degree of autonomy
  • Excellent attention to details
  • A proactive mindset and flexibility to cope with changing scope of priorities
