Job Responsibilities
- Keep the office, facilities, and equipment clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs when needed.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any repair concerns.
- Assist with housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a pleasant work environment.
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs when necessary.
Qualifications
- With related Maintenance, utility, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is an advantage.
- Basic maintenance and repair skills.
- Can work independently and has a positive attitude.
- Preferably residing in Mandaluyong City or nearby areas.
- Preferably owns a motorcycle for easier transportation.
- Open to all educational backgrounds close to Maintenance activities
