Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project quality and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in NoSQL. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL). - Strong knowledge of database design principles and data modeling for NoSQL systems. - Experience in optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity. - Familiarity with integrating NoSQL databases into distributed and cloud-based architectures. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data storage and retrieval issues.
