Description

The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to drive HR strategies, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support employee engagement. You will also oversee payroll, HR data management, and other key HR processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support organizational goals.
  • Provide HR insights and analytics to guide business decisions.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, performance management, and succession planning.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance, and employee relations issues.
  • Champion employee engagement programs and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Monitor team morale and recommend interventions as needed.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain HR data and records, ensuring compliance and reporting readiness.
  • Manage HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws and internal HR policies.

Organizational Development

  • Support change management initiatives and organizational design projects.
  • Implement programs to enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee growth.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in HRBP or strategic HR roles.
  • Experience managing payroll, HR data, and compliance.
  • Exposure to SaaS, tech, or BPO preferred.
  • HR certifications are a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll, and HRIS systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational execution.
