Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, and schedules.
Arrange meetings, travel, accommodations, and transportation.
Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding when appropriate.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Handle administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Assist in planning company events, meetings, and special projects.
Conduct research and compile information as requested.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with service providers when necessary.
Perform personal errands and other duties assigned by the executive.
SALARY RANGE: 20K-25K
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
WORK LOCATION: Makati City
