What you'll actually work on
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware workstations, peripherals, and network equipment
Keep our office network and internet connectivity running smoothly
Support the telephony and dialer systems our recruitment teams rely on daily
Set up workstations for new team members and manage IT inventory
Solve real technical problems for real people and get thanked for it
You're a fit if you
Have hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting PC hardware
Live in or near Baliuag, Bulacan and want to work onsite, close to home
Can explain tech issues in plain language, without the jargon
Big advantage (not required we'll train the right person)
Experience with dialer systems like ViciDial or Asterisk, or any call center telephony setup
