Job Title: QA Architect Lead
Location: Makati City

Job Description
- Design, implement, and continuously improve QA frameworks, testing strategies, and automation architecture.
- Drive test automation initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, scalability, and overall product quality.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage for functional, technical, integration, and edge-case scenarios.
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to align QA strategies with system design and technical requirements.
- Identify, analyze, and prevent defects through effective testing practices and root-cause analysis.
- Mentor and guide QA team members, promoting best practices in testing and automation.
- Ensure QA processes comply with quality standards, security requirements, and ISMS policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4–6 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in automation, QA architecture, or advanced testing roles.
- Strong expertise in web application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and quality validation.
- Solid understanding of test automation frameworks, automation strategies, and QA best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with programming or scripting languages.
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Background in security testing and vulnerability assessment.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience mentoring QA professionals and leading automation initiatives.
