The role: Global PMO Lead
You will oversee project governance, reporting, resource planning, and delivery discipline across our global projects. You will set the standards, own the portfolio view, and give our leadership a clear line of sight into every project, wherever it runs.
Key accountabilities:
- Lead PMO governance and project coordination activities
- Maintain project portfolio visibility and reporting accuracy
- Support implementation prioritisation during scaling activities
- Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Support operational reporting and management governance
- Coordinate executive reporting and delivery visibility
- Maintain RAID management and governance discipline
- Establish and maintain global PMO standards and methodologies
- Manage portfolio-level reporting and executive visibility
- Support global resource planning and capacity management
- Drive consistency across international delivery teams
- Own PMO toolsets and reporting frameworks, including Monday.com
Key responsibilities:
- Support operational scalability and delivery consistency
- Coordinate governance and operational reporting activities
- Support mentoring and capability development
- Escalate operational, technical, or functional risks proactively
- Support implementation and delivery leadership
- Maintain global project portfolio visibility
- Manage executive dashboards and leadership reporting
- Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning activities
- Ensure consistent project governance practices across regions
- Administer and optimise PMO platforms and tools, including Monday.com
- Support leadership decision-making through reporting and analytics
Required experience:
- Experience in Dayforce, HCM, ERP, or implementation environments
- Experience in leadership, governance, or delivery management roles
- Experience supporting customer-facing implementation activities
- Experience managing project portfolios across multiple countries or business units
- Strong experience with PMO platforms such as Monday.com, ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent
