Overview

THE ROLE:

The primary purpose of the position is to manage Pick Up Access Points operations and inventory in Philippines.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

Access Point Management

  • Responsible for daily operations of assigned order pick up access points from inventory receiving, members’ order fulfilment, order ship confirmation in Oracle, backload shipments, return so shipper shipments and inventory count.
  • Responsible for Oracle transactions

Inventory Control

  • Daily review of on hand inventory report for negative inventory, obsolete and off shelf products.
  • Resolve negative inventory immediately within same work day.
  • Move off-shelf products to MRB sub inventory.
  • Perform daily outstanding order reconciliation to ensure all collected orders are shipped and closed in Oracle
  • Perform cycle count of responsible access points with full compliance with Global count policy and SOP
  • Product lot management.
  • Daily check and resolve Oracle pending transactions and error transactions.

Vendor’s billing

  • Responsible for invoice verification for responsible access points before submit payment request.

Reporting

  • Responsible to update operations report as requested by line manager or as requested.

Others

  • Provide logistics supports to all sales/marketing events upon request.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to handle and supervise 3PL Personnel in the assigned access point, if any.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Min 5 years working experience
  • Good communication skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point
  • Knowledge in Oracle system is added advantage

Education

  • Degree graduate in any fields
