Responsible for bridging daily shop floor operations with high-level technical process improvements.
Core Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution: You will execute manufacturing schedules based on production plans and capacity. This includes planning and designating the required manpower and machines for each production run.
Process Optimization: Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes (such as stamping, assembly, or molding) to maximize quality and output. You'll often use Lean Manufacturing principles and Kaizen for continuous improvement.
Technical Troubleshooting: Conduct root cause analysis for process or product failures and implement corrective or preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure they do not recur.
Supervision & Leadership: Lead daily meetings with operators and subordinates to communicate instructions and monitor manpower performance. You are also responsible for boosting morale and conducting performance reviews.
Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain critical documents, including standard work instructions, process sheets, and machine check sheets.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure the "Genba" (actual workplace) strictly follows company rules, ISO standards, and safety protocols like 5S and Shikkari Kihon.
Can start immediately;
Fresh graduate or with at least with 1 year experience;
Graduate of Engineering program preferably Industrial Engineering;
Willing to work in shifting schedule;
