Join Cyberbacker and play a vital role in ensuring seamless real estate transactions from contract execution to closing. You'll work closely with clients, agents, lenders, and title professionals to deliver an exceptional transaction experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage buyer and seller transactions from executed contract through closing.
Coordinate with title/escrow, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain consistent communication and provide timely transaction updates.
Ensure complete and compliant documentation for brokerage records.
Coordinate closing, moving, and possession schedules.
Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM database.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
Strong coordination, scheduling, and time management skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
