👩💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO
Handle customer calls, chats, and inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate resolutions
Maintain account documentation and participate in performance programs
Promote additional products or services when appropriate
🎓 QUALIFICATIONS
✔ High School Graduate, SHS Graduate, or College Level
✔ Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
✔ Computer-literate and comfortable multitasking
✔ Willing to work on-site at your preferred location
✔ Experience in BPO or customer-facing roles is a plus!
