Job Description
The ERIC Implementation Specialist (ERIC IS) will be trained as a certified professional and be responsible in installation and implementation of the ERIC ERP system. The ERIC ERP is a comprehensive and state of the art ERP system covering financial, distribution, manufacturing and personnel software applications. Key Responsibilities
Project Scoping
- Work closely with Sales and Business Development key people and attend meetings with clients to identify scope of their implementation requirements
- Data Gathering
Consulting
- Identify and translate customer requirements into solutions.
- Must learn detailed knowledge of industry’s best practices.
Facilitate End-User Training And User Acceptance Test
- Conduct training with key users
- Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on ERIC products to clients and team-members
- Provide On-site Client Support
Project Documentation, Analysis, And Reports
- Must be able to work on multiple projects and efficiently implement ERIC successfully
- Document and validate business requirements
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Financial Management/Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Accounting Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
At least 6 months of working experience is preferred but FRESH GRADUATES are WELCOME TO APPLY!
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent customer relations with good service orientation
Enjoys travelling as the job requires extensive mobility
