To ensure that the company/organization is within the minimum requirements and compliant to identified statutory and regulatory requirements pertaining to Environmental and Occupational Safety and ensuring that all the identified potential risk is eliminated or controlled within tolerable level.
To formulate, implement and application of program to Occupational Safety, Health and Commitment of the company in accordance with the provisions of the standard.
Responsibilities
Lead in conducting safety inspections on all company's-controlled perimeter ensuring the safe working conditions and submit appropriate recommendations to control the identified hazards.
Assist Project Manager & General Manager in identifying all potential work-related hazards and risk.
Lead awareness training for all employees and provide technical and administrative support to the emergency response team of the company.
Accomplish preparation and submission of reports in a regular basis and special cases required by BCSI & DOLE.
Supervise the strict implementation of established ESH programs and company rules and regulations.
Supervise and monitor the Daily Toolbox meeting and participate to provide day to day safety and health reminders.
Conduct through investigation for all work injury related incidents/accidents .
