Responsibilities

  • Review candidate profiles and assess fit against available job opportunities.
  • Guide job seekers on profile completeness, readiness, and interview logistics.
  • Communicate requirements and expectations clearly to candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between job seekers and employers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate candidate submissions to employers.
  • Support high-volume placement activity to maximize successful matches.
  • Maintain accurate records across tools and systems.
  • Track outreach, outcomes, and follow-ups independently.
  • Adhere to quality and turnaround standards.

Qualifications

  • High School graduate.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in contact center, customer support, or high-volume outbound / inbound calling.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment operations.
  • Strong English communication and call-handling skills, with the ability to confidently manage difficult conversations and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to take control of calls, drive conversations effectively, and ensure timely coordination and resolution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple priorities.

Work Setup: Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
