Key Responsibilities
Design & Modeling: Create detailed architectural and conceptual designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape.
Documentation: Prepare 3D models.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and plans adhere to local building codes requirements.
Client & Team Coordination: Meet with clients to do design presentation.
Site Analysis: Conduct site visits, if necessary, to assess conditions, take measurements, and monitor construction progress.
Project Support: Update designs based on actual site conditions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: A professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Software Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, 3D Modeling (SketchUp and Enscape)
Soft Skills: High creativity, attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Experience: Generally requires 1-5+ years of relevant experience in architectural design or drafting.
