Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing full-cycle Human Resources operations (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Compliance).
  • Serving as the central coordination hub between the Chinese bosses (Steven/Ernest) and the local workforce.
  • Implementing and maintaining company standards and professional integrity within the Banawe branch.
  • Handling conflict resolution and performance management with a grounded, firm approach.

Experience

  • Proven experience in HR Management, preferably in a multicultural or Filipino-Chinese business setting.
  • Deep understanding of DOLE regulations and statutory compliance.

Working Environment: The candidate must be adept at managing a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational excellence.
