Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing full-cycle Human Resources operations (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Compliance).
- Serving as the central coordination hub between the Chinese bosses (Steven/Ernest) and the local workforce.
- Implementing and maintaining company standards and professional integrity within the Banawe branch.
- Handling conflict resolution and performance management with a grounded, firm approach.
Experience
- Proven experience in HR Management, preferably in a multicultural or Filipino-Chinese business setting.
- Deep understanding of DOLE regulations and statutory compliance.
