About the Role


Join Magic’s Classic Operations team as a Remote Executive Assistant supporting multiple clients across time zones. Unlike traditional EA roles, you’ll handle a diverse mix of tasks across different clients each day — making this an ideal fit for adaptable, tech-forward professionals who thrive in variety.

What You’ll Do:

  • Calendar management, research, booking, and coordination tasks
  • Client communication via email, chat, and live calls
  • Proactive documentation and task tracking across multiple requests
  • Creative problem-solving when standard approaches don’t work

What we're looking for?


Ideal Background
  • 1–3 years in EA, VA, admin, customer service, or coordination roles
  • Comfortable with ambiguous, unscripted tasks
  • Uses AI tools confidently and knows how to verify outputs
  • Strong documentation habits
Must Have
  • Noise-canceling headset + webcam
  • Laptop: i5 / 8GB RAM minimum
  • Stable internet | Flexible on shift
