Finance Assistant!
Major Responsibilities
- Assist in financial reporting, perform data analysis, and etc.
- Timely prepares monthly budget report for UAAGI, FMPI, and CHERY
- Updated yearly comparative report per department budget versus actual
- Prepares quarterly budget versus actual expenses per department for references of Management and all department
- Ensures the completeness of attachment and justification for proper evaluation of additional budget request
- Checking of additional request for budget of requesting department and endorsed for approval of VP for Finance
- Secure a copy and monitoring of monthly load allowance
- Secure Copy and monitoring of monthly fuel allowance assigned to all service vehicle in reference for accurate budget and expenses reporting
- Secure and keep all information confidential at all times
- ISO Compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 1-year experience on a related field but fresh graduates are welcome
- Posseses strong computer literacy and attention to details
- Able to showcase financial literacy
Working pattern and location:
- Join Date: ASAP
- Employment Type: Full-time Employee
- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
- Location: 728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines
