Growthbacker Manager (Remote Sales Leadership)

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Growthbackers to achieve revenue and performance goals
Monitor sales metrics, scorecards, and pipeline health to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Facilitate daily role-play sessions, sales training, and skill development programs
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and quality assessments
Review sales calls and provide actionable feedback on communication, objection handling, and closing techniques
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement training initiatives aligned with business objectives
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future leadership opportunities
Drive accountability, performance excellence, and a coaching-focused team culture
Develop and execute sales strategies that support company growth and revenue targets
