Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all administrative operations including procurement, logistics, facilities management,asset control, travel coordination, and office services across head office and branches.
Supervise and provide strategic direction to Admin Team.
Review, approve, and control supplier accreditation, purchase requests, service contracts, and payment endorsements.
Develop, implement, and enforce administrative policies, SOPs, and internal controls to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
Partner with Finance in budget planning, cost monitoring, expense control, and variance analysis related to admin operations.
Act as the primary escalation and decision point for complex administrative, facility, and vendor related issues.
Lead vendor performance management, contract negotiations, renewals, and service-level evaluations.
Conduct operational analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and efficiency gains.
Prepare and submit regular reports on admin expenses, asset utilization, vendor performance, and operational risks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory or audit requirements.
Support business continuity planning by ensuring readiness of facilities, equipment, and admin resources.
Key Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in administrative operations, procurement, or facilities management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, budgeting, asset control, and administrative compliance.
