Outbound Phone Sales

We are seeking driven, confident, and highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing remote sales team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce premium skincare products, build interest, handle objections, and close sales.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Present products professionally and build customer interest.
• Ask effective questions to identify customer needs.

• Remote position.
• EST (US Eastern Time) schedule.
• 6 days per week.
• 10–12 hours per day.

• $150 Certification Bonus upon successful completion of all required orientation and certification sessions.
• Full attendance and active participation are required to qualify.

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.

High Performer Commission Structure

• 10% commission on one-time charge sales.
• 15% commission on subscription sales.
• 5% commission on free-trial sales.

Standard Commission Structure

• 8% of total revenue generated.
