What you will do:

Oversee the Teams day to day collection operations
Monitor Daily productivity of the team, ensures target is being met and issues being addressed.
Work-force management
Be able to identify and implement process improvement initiatives that will have an impact to his/her assigned team
Be familiar with staffing projection complementing work volume growth and forecast and make necessary proposal to Business Unit
Prepare, Create reports based on teams deliverable and present to management
Monitor Collection Agency progress/ performance report
Daily and Weekly Meeting with Collection Agency
Ensures quality of service is being provided to the customers/clients
Ensures regulatory Collection policy and processes were being adhere to
