About the Role
As a Customer Experience Operations Associate, you will be part of the Pio Service Department, supporting the operational requirements of the Customer Service team. You will play a key role in coordinating customer-related projects, conducting case research, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless service delivery and an exceptional customer experience for Focus Global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Operations Support
- Provide operational and administrative support to the HF Service Department.
- Assist in the execution of customer service initiatives and operational activities.
- Prepare customer case details and conduct research to support senior Customer Relations team members.
- Project Coordination & Monitoring
- Monitor the progress of customer installation and servicing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and updates related to customer cases and service requests.
- Help identify potential issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal departments, external providers, and suppliers regarding customer and brand requirements.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to support smooth service operations.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Results-driven mindset and ability to work effectively within a team environment
Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)
- Experience in customer service, operations, administrative support, or project coordination
- Familiarity with customer case management, service operations, or process coordination
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
