We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Sales Operations Executive to join our growing
Pre-Selling Division at
La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services Inc.
This role is critical in ensuring that our agents are equipped to sell real estate projects efficiently and professionally by managing all back-end sales operations from project encoding to developer coordination, accreditation tracking, and CRM management.
You will work closely with the
Division Head (Errol Pizarra) and
Consultant (Clyde), and report directly to the
CEO for weekly performance updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with developers (DMCI, SMDC, Ayala Land, etc.) to gather accreditation kits, project details, and price lists.
- Encode and manage real estate project data into CRM platforms (EstateBud / GHL).
- Onboard new agents with access to tools, schedules, and training materials.
- File and track all accreditations and reservations accurately and on time.
- Maintain a well-organized digital documentation system for all transactions.
- Submit weekly reports covering project updates, agent activities, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with Marketing to feature at least 3 active projects per week online.

Job Objectives
- Ensure all projects are sales-ready and updated in the system.
- Maintain 100% data accuracy in CRM and documentation.
- Support agents with complete onboarding, accreditation, and materials.
- Provide visibility and updates to leadership.
- Act as the communication bridge between La Theoz and developer offices.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in sales operations or real estate support
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, and data entry systems
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with reporting, communication, and documentation management
- Must be reliable, fast-learning, and capable of handling time-sensitive tasks
