Duties And Responsibilities
Purchasing Staff will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and optimizing procurement processes. The role involves ensuring cost-effective procurement practices while maintaining quality and compliance standards. This individual will collaborate with multiple departments and vendors to fulfill project requirements within budget and on time.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Purchase Orders management and Procurement practices
Experience with Supplier Evaluation and maintaining supplier relationships
Strong skills in Contract Negotiation to ensure cost efficiency and compliance
Advanced Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
With at-least one year of experience in the construction and hardware supplies industry is a plus
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management and or relevant field
