We are looking for a skilled and motivated Trainer with a strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) to deliver effective training programs and support the development of our employees. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a related field and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs and workshops tailored to the needs of employees.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees to enhance performance and skill development.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to align training programs with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in any relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in training, HR, or related roles.
- Must have Human Capital Management (HCM) background required.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
