A fast-growing SaaS company in the HR Tech space is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage potential customers through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify customer needs.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support pipeline growth.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or sales roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools is a plus.
